The frequency of counseling sessions with Our Therapy Life will depend on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may attend bi-weekly or monthly.

The fee will be waived the first time you cancel. If the cancellation is within 24 hours, there is no charge. Otherwise, there is a $35 charge.

Our Life Therapy accepts self-pay. Our Life Therapy can provide an invoice for insurance reimbursement.
